Fire Force Watch Order

The anime and manga series Enen no Shouboutai, known as Fire Force, shows firefighters who literally fight fire with fire.

Atsushi Ohkubo is the author and illustrator of the shnen series Fire Force, which was published in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 2015 through 2022 in a serial format. It is imperative that some sort of link be established between Ohkubo’s prior Soul Eater manga series and Fire Force in the concluding chapter.

Now, on to the anime; the following is the watch order of Fire Force thus far:

1. Fire Force (2019)

In Tokyo during the 198 Solar Era, special firefighters battle a phenomenon known as spontaneous human combustion, in which humans transform into living flames known as “Infernals.”

While the Infernals were the first generation of humans to spontaneously burn, subsequent generations were able to manage fire while keeping their human form.

Shinra Kusakabe, a young man known as Devil’s Footprints due to his ability to ignite his feet at will, joins Special Fire Force Company 8 of other fire users as they strive to extinguish any Infernals they come across.

Shinra begins to investigate the truth behind the mysterious fire that killed his family twelve years ago when the faction that created the Infernal arrives.

2. Fire Force Season 2 (2020)

Shinra and Company 8 have discovered the Evangelist’s objective: to collect Adolla Bursts from Shinra and Shou.

Shinra becomes even more determined to seek the truth about his mother and save Shou after learning more about his background from Captain Burns.

But the Evangelist’s secret plan to cause another Great Calamity is revealed by a strange female known as the “First Pillar!”

3. Fire Force Season 3 (2025)

The upcoming third season.
